Healthy juices are great for my diet and my life

Healthy juices are a wonder in my life. I discovered them about one year ago in a friend’s house. She served us this delicious guava juice, which awoke curiosity in everyone that was present there. The beautiful color of the guava juice, its delicious taste and refreshing feeling are only some of the great aspects of drinking healthy juices such as the guava juice. We asked her how she had made it and she explained to us how easy it was to make and how we could make healthy juices out of basically every fruit and vegetable. That moment changed my perspective of healthy juices because I thought they were healthy but tasted horrible and right then and there I learned how incredibly delicious they are.

I love fruit; the problem is they have too much sugar so I don’t like to eat a lot of them. Also making healthy juices out of fruits such as guava juice is not that good because it is better to eat the fruit whole. So I decided to try to make vegetable juices. Drinking vegetable juices I get my daily vegetable needed intake while I enjoy a delicious refreshing drink. Making vegetable juices such as c carrot juice is very easy too, and cheap. You only need the vegetable ingredients you will want for your vegetable juices and a juice extractor. For example you can just put the carrot in the juice extractor and maybe add some water and voila you have carrot juice for you and your family to drink.

Carrot juice is delicious and very tasty too. It has a little sour to it, which makes it great. I also love carrot juice because carrot is so good for my sight and my skin and hair. It is an excellent source of vitamins and nutrients and with low calories and zero fat. I also don’t add sugar to the juice but if you would like to, you could add honey to it. I do lots of other types of vegetable juices as well. I have tried spinach juice, zucchini juice, even cucumber juice. Any kind of healthy juices that come from vegetables are great. Vegetable juices all taste delicious and sometimes it is even better to take healthy juices than to eat the whole vegetables. The reason is that with vegetable juices, the nutrients are easier for your body to absorb than if you eat the vegetable. This way your body will feel better in just minutes away after you drank the delicious vegetable juices. Healthy juices are also very easy to carry. You can make some for one day and just store it in the fridge for days and carry it to work or send some carrot juice or guava juice to the kids in their lunch boxes. It is much better to take healthy juices such as carrot juice or guava juice than to take sugary drinks which have low or none nutritional value.
